Government Contracts Practice
We advise and represent companies of all sizes and in all NAICS categories involved in government contracting, whether as prime contractors, subcontractors, or through teaming agreements and other arrangements. We advise our clients and represent them before the Court of Federal Claims and in all State and Federal courts and agency proceedings regarding:
- Federal and state procurement contract formation, including legal review of requests for proposal, requests for quotes and invitations for bids;
