Federal District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, 1:07cv977: successful recovery of $325,000.00 in jury verdict on behalf of government contractor in action against another contractor.

 

Court of Federal Claims, 2010 U.S. Claims LEXIS 90, April 2, 2010, Reissued April 9, 2010.:  successful post-award bid protest where the Court found that the agency award of a contract to a vendor after it distributed a statement of work to numerous vendors and conducted an informal evaluation was contrary to law because the agency effectively conducted an illegal competition in violation of 13 C.F.R. § 124.503(e)(2) for a requirement that had been set aside pursuant to 15 U.S.C.S. § 637.

 

GAO B-401271.4, 2009:  successful bid protest against an award by the U.S. Department of Labor Request for Proposal, No. DOL089RP20605.  In response to the protest, the Department of Labor took corrective action.


GAO B-400429, 2009 CPD ¶ 197, 2008: successful bid protest, and recovery of attorney fees, overturning a solicitation regarding an FSS acquisition where request for quotations required that competing vendors offer non-FSS services (specific on-site supervisory personnel) as part of their quotations, since non-FSS products and services may not be purchased using FSS procedures.  

 

GAO B-309744.4, 2008: successful bid protest overturning the Department of the Air Force's determination not to award a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) pursuant to request for quotations (RFQ) No. FA8771-07-R-0001.

 

GAO B-299829, Comptroller General of the United States, 2007 U.S. Comp. Gen. LEXIS 131; 2007 Comp. Gen. Proc. Dec. P145, August 3, 2007: successful defense of an award against a bid protest brought before GAO.

 

CBCA No. 495, United States Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, 2007 CIVBCA LEXIS 317, December 7, 2007: successful recovery of a Contract Disputes Act claim for unpaid invoices.

 

CBCA No. 514, United States Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, 2007 CIVBCA LEXIS 143, June 19, 2007:  successful negotiation of a contract claim under the Contract Disputes Act claim.

 

B-298888, Comptroller General of the United States, 2006 U.S. Comp. Gen. LEXIS 210; 2006 Comp. Gen. Proc. Dec. P189, December 1, 2006: successful defense of an award against a bid protest brought before GAO..

 

SBA Office of Hearings and Appeals, SBA VET-154Docket No. VET-2009-07-13-07, 2009:  successful defense against status protest challenging award of a contract under Department of Homeland Security Solicitation.  

 

GAO, B-297318.1 and B-297318.1, 2005: successful representation in a bid protest against an award under Department of Veteran Affairs Solicitation challenging the procurement process resulting in Agency took corrective action.

 

Court of Federal Claims, No. 105-1073C, 2005: successfully obtained a Temporary Restraining Order against the Department of Veteran Affairs unlawful override of the automatic stay required by the Competition in Contracting Act when a bid protest is filed with the GAO.
